The book could have been written better, I'll admit it. But as a women, I have to concur that many of us like a good storyline with small emotional ties. Full up porn (like the stuff our husbands and boyfriends enjoy) is not for many of us. It takes a small bit of romance to make it work for us. And, frankly.. some of us actually like the ideas presented in 50.. Maybe some fans are projecting and hoping that our husbands would grow a pair in the bedroom (while they proceed to immaculate him out of it)Sorry, doesn't work that way) Or, maybe some women really like domination and can't admit it. I think this is a start, but it's about time that erotica for women at least made some headway.
